After Hours Party - Teen Summer Reading Program
Teens who have attended at least two other summer reading events are invited to this celebratory party. There will be food, board games, video games, art projects, a movie and more!

Terror in the South with Dr. Michael Deeb
Local historian and author, Dr. Michael Deeb, will review the activities of the two terrorist organizations operating in the south during reconstruction. The KKK and the Union League were paramilitary organizations terrorizing whites and freed men during that period (1865 to 1878).

Author Mark Jager presents his book series "Mystic Michigan"
Jager is a Michigan Author who has spent years exploring fascinating and somewhat odd places within the state of Michigan. As a result, he has written a seven volume series, "Mystic Michigan."
