Summer Reading Celebration with the Balloon Guy!

Let's celebrate! Enjoy a performance by the Balloon Guy, along with games and snacks. Each child will receive their prize bag for completing the summer reading challenge along with a balloon animal made specially for them. It's time to celebrate a great summer of reading and FUN!
