Mike Fornes has covered the Mackinac Bridge for more than 26 years. A resident of Mackinaw City, he is the author of "Mackinac Bridge: a 50 Year Chronicle 1957-2007".

Isle Royal: Wilderness Island with Loreen Niewenhuis

Author and adventurer, Loreen Niewenhuis, returns to us to talk about Isle Royal, one of the islands around the Great Lakes. From the time she was a young girl climbing sand dunes and splashing in its cool waters, Loreen has felt connected to the Great Lakes. She has walked around Lake Michigan and is now exploring the islands.
