Meetings

Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of April, May, July, August, September and October at 10 a.m. at the library.  Meetings begin with a gathering time for conversation and refreshments, sharing time about good reads, followed by an efficient business meeting. Plan to join us to meet new friends and invite your friends and neighbors to join us as well.

Fundraisers

Currently the Friends sponsor two annual fundraisers:  the highly successful book sale at the Canadian Lakes Alpine Haus on Labor Day Weekend and the much anticipated Cookie Walk that is held the Friday after Thanksgiving weekend.

Friends' Book Store

The Friends maintain a book store to sell donated hardcover and paperback books that are not needed by the library.  The book store is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

How can I become a Friend?

New members are always welcome.  Annual membership fees are currently $15.00 per person.  If you are interested in becoming a member of the Friends, please stop by the library to complete a membership form or print the form and drop it off at the library.  Your ideas and participation are most welcome!
